So, to test my theory I moved the project up 1 level and opened it to make sure it worked (it did). This was at 248 characters total path length. And when I go to save the file to save the file, it says, 'This file cannot be saved as, 'MusicEdid.Cmproj'. I restart, restart my computer, Camtasia, everything.
